A Celebration of Art, Food and Friends

Join Executive Chef Ivy Magruder for Art at the Table, a once-a-month themed dinner that includes a tour of Museum galleries. On Friday, February 20, Ivy will lead diners on a culinary journey through the Mississippi River valley.

Art at the Table starts with a 7:00 pm with a guided tour of the galleries. Diners will be seated in Panorama at 7:30 pm.

All courses are paired with spirits

Course 1

Memphis Dry Rub Short Ribs
Served with truffle potato salad and house-made pickles. Paired with Ghost River Riverbank Red, an Irish-style red ale originally brewed for the Memphis Redbirds.

Course 2

Classic New Orleans Jambalaya
True New Orleans Old-School Daiquiri. It's not frozen

Course 3

Missouri Filet
Butter poached Fingerling Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts and St. Louis Whiskey Butter. Paired with Still 630 Old Fashioned.

Course 4

Mississippi Mud Pie
Made with espresso ice cream, and served with a Kaldi's Espresso Martini. An ideal pairing.
