GROUP VISIT REQUEST FORM

Please complete this form to schedule a group visit to the Saint Louis Art Museum. All groups, whether led by a Museum docent or self-guided by a teacher, must contact the Museum to arrange a tour. Allow at least four weeks advance notice. Groups without advance reservations cannot be assured that their preferred galleries or times will be available. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. All of our workshops and programs for schools and other groups are adaptable for visitors with special needs. If you are planning on visiting with a group, please specify attendee needs when scheduling your trip so we can best prepare for your visit. Thank you! Please note: Group tickets for the special exhibition Federico Barocci: Renaissance Master are not available on Fridays. Tickets on Free Fridays are limited to six per person. There is no charge for permanent collection tours. Special pricing for Featured Exhibitions for adult, senior, and student groups visiting during regular Museum hours is available.

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Ticketholders are responsible for arriving for exhibition entry on time. Latecomers will be allowed into the exhibition at the Museum's discretion and are subject to availability. iPod tours on Free Fridays must be purchased at the same time as tickets and may not be purchased separately. The Museum reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by Museum staff to be disorderly or who fails to comply with Museum rules and guidelines. Photography and reproduction in any form in the exhibition is strictly forbidden. The ticket holder expressly assumes all liability for the risk and danger incidental to the exhibition.
