Executive Chef and General Manager

Inspired by the hospitality of St. Louis and the culinary traditions of France and Italy, Panorama Executive Chef Ivy Magruder has developed an elegant yet approachable dining experience that reflects the culture of the city and the Museum.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Ivy graduated from Vianney High School and went on to earn his culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University. He has led the kitchens of Vin de Set, Eleven Eleven Mississippi, the Blue Water Grill, and served as corporate executive chef for the Gamlin Restaurant Group.

Ivy is deeply committed to supporting local charities associated with culinary arts, green initiatives, and teaching.

Director of Catering

Sarah Glass is the Director of Catering, bringing with her an extensive experience in hospitality. Previously Sarah was garde manger for Chef Aidan Murphy at Old Warson Country Club, then worked for nine years in various positions at Butler’s Pantry, including Director of Sales and Catering. She has overseen events ranging from a private dinner for a former President of the United States to charity and corporate functions for several thousand.

Sarah excels at supporting Chef Ivy Magruder and the Bon Appétit staff in creating memorable and delicious events at the Museum, one of the most beautiful venues in the region.
